The Fund is non-diversified.
 
Turner Large Cap Value I Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80 percent of net assets in common stocks and other equity securities of U.S. companies with large market capitalizations that Turner believes based on its quantitative model, are undervalued relative to the market or to their historic valuation.
 
Turner Micro Cap Growth Fund seeks capital appreciation. The fund usually invests minimum 65 percent of assets in common stocks of companies with market capitalizations of 500 million dollars or less at the time of purchase. It may not hold securities with market capitalizations over 1 billion dollars. The fund may also invest up to 10 percent of assets in micro cap stocks of foreign issuers.
 
Turner Midcap Growth Fund seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in common stocks of companies with market capitalizations range included in the Russell Midcap Growth Index. The advisor seeks issuers it believes have strong earnings-growth potential.
 
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in the equity securities of companies that develop new business-to-business electronic commerce technologies. The company’s aim is to provide the investor with leading investment firms who have been responsible for managing assets for large corporations and institutional investors.
