SA Funds

The SA Funds are mutual funds available only through approved advisors in the U.S. The SA Funds are sponsored by LWI Financial Inc. and distributed by Loring Ward Securities Inc.

SA Funds offer variety of mutual funds like Fixed Income Fund, International HBtM Fund, International Small Company Fund and many more. SA Fixed Income Fund seeks to maximize total returns. The total returns will be available from a universe of high quality fixed income investments maturing in 5 years or less. The fund will primarily invest in fixed income securities that mature within 5 years from the date of settlement. It will invest at least 80 percent of its net assets in fixed income securities.

SA International HBtM Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The Fund will generally invest its assets in common stocks of large non-U.S companies. It invests in companies in countries with developed markets. The sub-advisor intends to invest in companies organized or having a majority of their operating income in at least 3 non-U.S. countries. The fund may also invest a portion of its assets in fixed income securities and may lend a portion of its portfolio securities.

SA International Small Company Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. This fund is a feeder fund in a master-feeder relationship; it invests all of its assets in another mutual fund, the International Small Company Portfolio of DFA Investment Dimensions Group Inc. which has the same investment objective as the Fund. The Master Fund invests it's assets in the following underlying funds; Japanese Series, United Kingdom Series, Continental Series, and Pacific Rim Series.

SA U.S. HBtM Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80 percent of its net assets in U.S. securities. It may also invest a portion of its assets in fixed income securities and may lend a portion of its portfolio securities.
SA U.S Market Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. This fund will invest at least 80 percent of its net assets in U.S. securities. The Fund also invests less than 5 percent of its total assets in U.S. Micro Cap Portfolio which invests exclusively in stocks of very small U.S. companies. It may also invest a portion of its assets in fixed income securities and may lend a portion of its portfolio securities.

SA U.S. Small Company Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. It will invest at least 80 percent of its net assets in securities of U.S. small cap companies. The fund may also invest a portion of its assets in fixed income securities and may lend a portion of its portfolio securities.
