Unified Series

Unified Series is providing variety of mutual funds under the name Geronimo, Polynous and Dreman.

Geronimo Multi-Strategy Fund seeks to provide returns in excess of the Merrill Lynch 3-Month Treasury bill index. The fund seeks to provide absolute returns by following an investment strategy designed to provide investment returns similar to the returns produced by a broad range of hedge fund strategies and individual hedge fund managers represented in the investable HFRX Equal Weighted Strategies Index published by Hedge Fund Research, Inc. It invests up to 15 percent of assets in one or more derivative instruments that provide investment returns linked to the performance of the HFRX Strategies. The fund is non-diversified.

Geronimo Option & Income Fund seeks to provide returns in excess of the Merrill Lynch 3-Month Treasury bill index. The fund seeks to provide absolute returns by investing assets in a diversified pool of dividend paying or income-producing securities of U.S. and foreign companies, as well as writing covered options and investing in futures contracts on individual securities and leading equity, credit and currency market indexes to provide enhanced income to the fund. It invests at least 80 percent of the value of net assets in dividend-paying or income-producing securities, including options.

Geronimo Sector Opportunity Fund seeks to provide returns in excess of the Merrill Lynch 3-Month Treasury bill index. The fund seeks to provide absolute returns by actively investing in the most attractive global industry sectors, investment styles and asset classes. It normally invests in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that provide access to each of the sectors, styles, and asset classes in which the fund may invest, as well as directly in equity securities, index and equity options, and fixed income holdings.

Polynous Growth Fund seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests substantially all assets in equities issued by U.S. companies; management seeks issuers it believes will have annual company revenue growth rates of between 15 percent and 30 percent. To select investments, management uses a combination of both growth stock investing and value investing; it divides the overall investment process into two activities: research and portfolio management. At each step it focuses on risk management rather than stock selection.
