AMIDEX
Amidex Funds, Inc. is an open-end investment management company currently consisting of two portfolios, the AMIDEX35 Israel Mutual Fund and AMIDEX Cancer Innovations & Healthcare Mutual Fund.
The AMIDEX35 Fund is not a diversified fund and is composed of 35 largest Israeli companies traded on Wall Street or in Tel Aviv. The Fund allows investors’ exposure to Tel Aviv traded blue chip stocks and innovative Israeli technology stocks traded on NASDAQ, with one transaction in U.S. dollars. All investments are inherently subject to market risk. The relatively limited liquidity of some of the equities in the portfolio may affect the fund's ability to acquire desired positions quickly or unable to dispose of securities at a desirable price and time. The fund also invests in foreign country securities which may involve economic, political and currency risks. These factors may adversely affect the value of your investment.
The unique, bi-national composition of the AMIDEX35 Israel Fund gives investors access to domestic and international stocks from a wide range of industries including high tech innovators and traditional industries like banking and insurance, chemicals and retail chains.
The relatively limited liquidity of some of the equities in the portfolio may affect the Funds' ability to acquire desired positions quickly or unable to dispose of securities at a desirable price and time. The fund charges a redemption fee for no-load shares redeemed within 365 days of purchase. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The investment return and principal value will fluctuate, so that shares when redeemed may be worth more or less than the original cost.
The AMIDEX Cancer Innovations & Healthcare Fund is not diversified and is composed of 45 companies. All investments are inherently subject to market risk. The relatively limited liquidity of some of the equities in the portfolio may affect the fund's ability to acquire desired positions quickly or unable to dispose of securities at a desirable price and time. The fund also invests in foreign country securities which may involve economic, political and currency risks. These factors may adversely affect the value of your investment. This fund tracks the AMIDEX Cancer Innovations & Healthcare Index which includes leading pharmaceutical, biotech and medical equipment companies focused on cancer detection and treatment.
