Auxier Funds


Auxier is president and chief investment officer of Auxier Asset Management, the company he founded in July 1998. He has over 18 years investment experience. From 1988 until 1998 he managed money for high net worth clients on a discretionary basis with Smith Barney. In 1993, Auxier was designated a Smith Barney senior portfolio management director, and was chosen as the top portfolio manager from among 50 portfolio managers in the Smith Barney Consulting Group. 

Auxier Focus Focus Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest primarily in the common stock of medium to large U.S. companies, companies with market capitalizations above $1 billion. The advisor of the fund looks for stocks that are believed to offer growth opportunities at a reasonable price. The fund may invest in foreign equity securities by purchasing American Depository Receipts (ADRs), but it will usually not invest more than 20% of net assets in ADRs. This fund is non-diversified.  

The Fund seeks to provide long term capital appreciation. The Fund invests primarily in a portfolio of common stocks that the Fund s advisor believes offer growth opportunities at a reasonable price. The minimal initial investment is 10,000 dollars. 

Fidelity reserves the right to change the funds available without transaction fees and reinstate the fees on any funds. Fidelity will charge a short term trading fee each time you sell or exchange shares of Funds Network No Transaction Fee (NTF) funds held less than 180 days (short-term trade). If these funds are held for more than 180 days they may be sold without a short term trading fee. Fidelity funds, money market funds, funds redeemed through the Personal Withdrawal Service, and shares purchased through dividend reinvestment may be sold without this fee. The fee will be based on the following fee schedule:

The top ten holdings, asset allocation, major market sectors and geographical diversification are presented to illustrate examples of the securities that the fund has bought and the diversity of areas in which the fund may invest and may not be representative of the fund's current or future investments.
