AXA Enterprise Fund


AXA Enterprise Fund Distributors (EFD) is headquartered in Atlanta and operates as the exclusive underwriting and distributing broker-dealer of mutual fund shares for the Enterprise Group of Funds, since 1988. EFD became a distributor of AXA Enterprise Multimanager Funds in 2004 and AXA Enterprise Funds in 2005.
 
AXA Enterprise has various types of mutual funds, AXA Enterprise Capital Appreciation a fund, AXA Enterprise Equity ‘A’ fund, AXA Enterprise Conservative Alloc ‘A’ fund, AXA Enterprise Multimanager Conservative Allocation Fund etc.
 
AXA Enterprise Capital Appreciation investment seeks maximum capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of U.S. large capitalization companies which are companies with market capitalization in excess of 10 billion dollars at the time of investment. It also may invest in equity securities of small and mid-capitalization companies. The fund normally holds a core position of between 35 and 50 common stocks.
 
AXA Enterprise Equity ‘A’ fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. It invests at least 80 percent of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. The fund invests primarily in the equity securities. In addition, the fund may invest up to 20 percent of its assets in foreign securities, provided that they are listed on a domestic or foreign securities exchange or represented by ADRs or EDRs listed on a domestic securities exchange or traded in the United States over-the-counter market.
 
Minimum initial investment with this fund is 2000 dollars minimum subsequent  investment is 50 dollars.
 
AXA Enterprise Multimanager Conservative Allocation Fund seeks a high level of current income. It invests 12.5 percent of assets in large cap equities, 7.5 percent in small to mid cap equities, 70 percent in investment grade debt, and 10 percent in high yield debt. Actual allocations between asset classes and categories can deviate by 15 percent of the assets. It is no diversified.
