Mcintyre

McIntyre is the portfolio manager of Dessauer & McIntyre Asset Management and has served as president since 1992. For 2 years prior to that, he served as an assistant treasurer for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He previously served as Vice President and Controller of a closed-end equity fund. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis and portfolio management. McIntyre is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in foreign equity securities of companies located in at least three countries. It typically invests in value-oriented securities by focusing on fundamentals, business trends, and management of the companies and their financial strength. The fund generally invests in markets that derive a substantial portion of revenues from business activities within North America, Western Europe, Hong Kong, and Japan. This fund is non-diversified.
