It serves manufacturers and marketers of packaged products in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
 
These products are manufactured in the Company's plants both within and outside the United States, and are sold through the Company's sales organization to the soft drink, food, citrus, brewing, household products, personal care and various other industries. Till December 31, 2005, the Company operated 155 plants along with sales and service facilities throughout 42 countries. The Company's business is organized geographically within three divisions: Americas, European and Asia-Pacific.
