In October 2005, the Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of an additional 5.0 million shares of their common stock. Share repurchases may be made from time to time and may be implemented through a variety of methods, including open market purchases, block transactions, privately negotiated transactions, accelerated share repurchase programs, forward repurchase agreements or similar facilities.
