AmeriMortgage Group is a document that contains the details of an agreement between two parties. One of which is a borrower and the other party is a lender. Secondly they want to make certain that their clients are the happiest clients. They believe that by having Loan Officers that enjoy what they do, they will in turn give their clients the best possible service.

Their main goal is not to pay the loan officers the highest rate in the market, but to have the best trained and happiest loan officers. So many loan officers thought they had to leave the business because of family obligations or because they were not allowed to work from home.
