Marsico Capital was established in 1997 by Tom Marsico. Marsico Capital is devoted to the interests of its clients. As of December 31, 2005, MCM had over 62 billion dollars in assets under management, including approximately 7 billion dollars in the Funds.
 
The Marsico Focus Fund seeks long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in a nondiversified portfolio that will usually include a core position of between 20 and 30 large capitalization companies. The fund primarily invests in equity securities. It may invest up to 10 percent of assets in fixed-income securities, and up to 5 percent in high-yield bonds and mortgage and asset-backed securities.
 
Marsico Growth Fund seeks long-term growth of capital; income is a secondary consideration. The fund primarily invests in equity securities of large capitalization companies that are selected for their growth potential. It may also invest without limit in equity and debt securities of foreign issuers.
 
Marsico 21st Century Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund primarily invests in common stocks selected for their long-term growth potential. The fund may invest without limit in foreign securities. It may invest in companies of any size, and will normally hold a core position of 35 to 50 equity securities. The advisor may invest up to 10 percent of total net assets in all types of fixed income securities and up to 5 percent of assets in high-yield bonds and mortgage and asset-backed securities. The fund may also invest up to 15 percent of assets in illiquid investments.
 
Marsico International Opportunities seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in common stocks of foreign companies. It typically invests in issuers from at least three different countries not including the United States. The fund can invest up to 10 percent of assets in all types of fixed income securities and up to 5 percent in high-yield bonds and mortgage- and asset-backed securities. It can invest up to 15 percent in illiquid investments. It may also invest in options and emerging markets.
 
Marsico Funds seek to provide long-term growth of capital through a blend of creative idea generation and a highly closely controlled buy/sell process.
