Fiduciary Management, Inc. was established in 1980 and is an independent money management firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They are registered with the SEC and the State of Wisconsin. The Firm manages over 3 billion dollars in assets for institutions and individual investors through the FMI family of mutual funds.

The company offers both equity and fixed income management investment products which are firmly rooted in fundamental research and follow a disciplined value oriented philosophy and process. FMI Common Stock Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation; current income is secondary. The fund primarily invests in common stocks. It looks for securities believed to be under priced relative to the issuer's future growth prospects or the current market value of the issuer's assets less liabilities. A particular issuer's dividend history is not a primary consideration. The fund may invest in securities other than common stocks, but at least 80 percent of assets will generally be in some form of security believed to offer opportunities for growth. It may invest no more than 5 percent of assets in securities issued by companies with less than three years of continuous operating history. The fund may purchase up to 10 percent in foreign securities.
 
The Company Focus Fund seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks. The advisor seeks to identify securities it judges to be under priced relative to the issuing corporation's future growth prospects. The fund may invest in securities issued by companies of any size and any industry. It may invest without limit in foreign securities, and also engages in short sales and futures and options. The fund is non-diversified.
 
The FMI Large Cap Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in a limited number of large capitalization value stocks. In an adverse market, this Fund may invest in money markets instruments. This Fund does not attempt to achieve its objective through active or frequent trading of common stocks. The Fund is non-diversified.
 
FMI Provident Trust Strategy Fund seeks long-term growth of capital and income and high total return. The Fund normally having a market capitalization of 1 billion dollars,it may invest in bonds and other debt securities or in both common stocks and debt securities. The fund is non-diversified.
