STI Classic Capital Appreciation funds A class ticker is STCIX, C class ticker is STCFX, and I class ticker is STCAX. This Fund carries moderately high reward potential and correspondingly has greater risk tied to it than more conservative investments.
Class A Shareshave a maximum sales charge imposed on purchases as a percentage of offering price of 5.75 percent. This sales charge varies depending upon how much you invest. You may buy A Shares in amounts of 1,000,000 dollars or more at net asset value without an initial sales charge, but if you redeem those shares within one year of your purchase, you will pay a deferred sales charge of 1.00 percent.
Class C Shares purchased on or after August 1, 2005, have a 1 percent sales charge imposed if you sell within one year of your purchase. A 2 percent sales charge is imposed if you sell C Shares purchased before August 1, 2005 within one year of your purchase. A 1 percent sales charge is imposed if you sell C Shares purchased on or after August 1, 2005 within one year of your purchase.A 2 percent sales charge is imposed if you sell C Shares purchased before August 1, 2005 within one year of your purchase.
