Stonebridge Small-Cap Growth investment seeks long-term growth of capital and income is a secondary objective. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in companies with smaller market capitalizations at the time of purchase in the range of 100 million dollars to 3 billion dollars. The minimum initial investment is 250 dollars. The minimum subsequent investment is 100 dollars.
