TIAA-CREF Growth and Income Fund seeks capital appreciation and income. The fund normally invests at least 80 percent of assets in income-producing equity securities. They primarily look for stocks of larger, well established. The fund principally invests assets in income producing equity securities. The fund may also invest in foreign securities.
