NASD is a self regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. The information is provided to assist you in evaluating an investment in one or more of the Issuers that they may introduce to you, including, without limitation, one or more Private Funds or corporate issuers.
