Is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers NASD is a self regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. The Principals began Xt Capital in October of 2001 following many years of well documented success in asset accumulation for several well known investment management firms. Xt has long standing professional and personal relationships with over 500 defined benefit plan sponsors including corporate, public and Taft Hartley plans and endowments and foundations. Of particular significance are Xt’s relationships with over 50 asset consulting firms whose manager search activity accounts for over 95 percent of all asset placements each year in the US Institutional and family office markets.
Xt is uniquely positioned to bring a highly experienced, client centric, and consultative approach to asset gathering. If desired, Xt will assume a major role in managing client relationships, including the attendance where appropriate at periodic review meetings. Xt will ensure that the manager’s reports are being disseminated and that there is adequate transparency in this new era of meaningful disclosure. It will act as a resource to senior management as to what the market needs/wants and will facilitate the sharing of the manager’s intellectual capital where appropriate.
