Tim Allen is the Founder, President and CEO of Allen Konrad Asset Management Corp. Tim started his career as an intern with John W. Henry and Company in Westport, Connecticut after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1991. Upon fulfilling his internship, Tim joined the Morgan Stanley Training Program and within two years achieved Vice President status. After three years with Morgan Stanley, Tim started his own business as an independent Branch Manger for Raymond James in 1998. In 1999, Tim was named to the Raymond James Executive Council.
Allen Konard’s product line aims to provide exclusive alternative investments with above market average returns for its investment partners. Their investment partners include Institutions (pension funds, REIT’s, investment banks, and private equity funds), Syndicate Members (RIA’s and NASD registered broker dealers), and Individuals (accredited investors).
The Company’s investment pipeline is derived from existing and expanding relationships with their professional network of experts in their relative fields which include Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Law Firms, Institutions, Developers, and Real Estate Representatives.
