Allison-Williams Company is a member of NASD the National Association of Security Dealer. NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.

Allison-Williams Company was Investment Bankers Established 1919. Allison-Williams Company was a pioneer in creating the market for the trading of private placement debt securities, a market in which they have participated since the 1960’s.  They have traded over $5 billion in securities as principal and agent, in blocks of less than $1 million and greater than $50 million in the secondary market. They have continually participated in this market since its inception.

Allison-Williams was one of the first investment banking firm to create a separate department to focus on buying and reselling private placements and thus provide the requisite market liquidity. Allison-Williams also are picking up some foreign business.
 
When he was competing in the national Alpine masters championships in Norway and Sweden last year and he placed first in Norway, third in Sweden, Tengdin whiled away his free time visiting bankers and insurance executives seeking tips on potential business.  The result was that he came home with a deal to place $66 million of debt for a Swedish construction company with U.S. investors.
 
Their private placement financing activities include arranging debt, subordinated debt or equity capital from institutional and professional investors for companies or projects.
 
They have arranged several hundred million dollars in private financings in the last several years, and have relationships with numerous capital sources for all types of financing. They can also advise companies with development of financing strategies, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic joint ventures, including technology, financial services, real estate and other industries, both domestic and international.
 
Their trading activities include trading of private placement securities, mortgages and other loan portfolios with institutions. They have traded billions of dollars of financial assets as principal and agent, and have relationships with hundreds of financial institutions and loan investors nationwide.
