Baldwin Anthony Securities is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.
Baldwin Anthony Securitieswas organized in March 1998 for the purpose of providing Value Added Research on leading small and mid capitalization stocks located in the southwest. Their objective is to identify the companies that are leaders in their respective markets. They then work to develop a good understanding of the main drivers to each company’s business. From the knowledge accumulated in that process a detailed earnings model is constructed.
They also make judgments regarding both the quality and effectiveness of management and the financial capacity of the company to achieve its business plan. They prepare a historical stock valuation analysis on each company that shows annual ranges on price earnings multiples, price to revenues, price to tangible book value and enterprise value to ebitda. Currently a Principal and co founder of Baldwin Anthony Securities, Mr. Anthony has over 11 years of professional investment experience. Prior to the formation of Baldwin Anthony Securities in 1998, Mr. Anthony served as a Senior V.P. of Institutional Sales with Dain Rauscher Incorporated. From July 1990 to April 1992, Mark was a registered representative with Kidder, Peabody and Co.
