NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. Brooks, Houghton has access to a broad range of domestic and international capital sources and can raise the capital required for business expansion, restructuring programs, or an acquisition or merger in which each financing is tailored to the specific needs of the client. Financing is raised on a private placement basis, and Brooks, Houghton works closely with the client at each stage of the process. This includes conducting due diligence, assisting with the preparation of offering documents, introducing the client to a broad range of domestic and international sources of debt and equity capital, negotiating deal terms, as well as assisting with the requisite legal documentation through the closing.

The firm provides advice to company owners and senior management regarding an extensive variety of corporate finance matters.
