Century Pacific Securities, Inc. is a member of NASD (National Association of Security Dealer). NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities of the security industry responsibility for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.
 
The firm is registered with the US SEC, and is a Member of NASD and SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation). As an SIPC member, CP is required to provide timely financial statements to regulators and meet stringent financial requirements. As a result, CP customers who have established brokerage account(s) with the firm are financially protected by the SIPC, under the Securities Investor Protection Act.
 
The company is authorized to conduct various securities related activities, including such as taking marketable securities from clients, after the client establishes accounts with CP, buying and selling of US securities, options, mutual funds for clients, or for itself, proxy and right issues, put and call broker/dealer, or option writer, private placements under Reg ‘D’ to raise capital, advise, undertake on public offerings to qualified corporate clients, spin off of corporate entities, valuation of corporate financial status, and fairness opinion.

Century Pacific has two operational Divisions: the Securities Trading Division, and the Corporate Finance Division.

The Securities Trading Division of the firm provides comprehensive brokerage services to the general public, to trade common equity stocks, corporate debts, US government The Company bonds, stock options, mutual funds and unit investment trusts, with its focus on individual investors rendering professional and personalized services. In some occasions, CP may also include institutional investors pursuant to a fully disclosed clearing agreement with Southwest Securities (SWS). The Corporate Finance Division conducts equity swaps, corporate debt to equity conversions, company restructures, private placements for accredited investors, corporate feasibility studies, and fund raising activities for institutional clients. The Corporate Finance Division has experienced analysts to structure corporate deals for institutional clients.

With strong business ties to the Asia Pacific, CP is in a vantage position to serve as a bridge to that high growth, emerging markets, where added investment opportunities and returns may be identified. Currently, CP is in a process to establish an office branch in Guam, an integral part of the US territory.
