Fintech Securities
Fintech Securities is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.
Scholarships are a one-time grant used for general academic purposes at any accredited college, junior college, university and graduate school. Applicants for scholarships must be a GSA, RSBG or AAWS member, an immediate family member or dependent of a GSA, RSBG or AAWS member.
The corporate sponsors are Georgia companies who, in large part, provide the GSA's annual contributions to the Stock Market Game, Teacher of the Year Award and Teach the Teacher Award.
In return, they are given exposure to security industry professionals; the opportunity for company executives to make a presentation to the GSA's members and others within the Atlanta investment community; featured in the GSA's newsletter and website; recognition at the Fall Outing and Mid-Winter Conferences.
Fintech Securities is the member of Georgia Securities Association (GSA). The objectives of the firm is to maintain the highest possible standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in the securities industry, promote goodwill between members, the industry, and the general public, protect and enhance the aims of the Association in legislative and governmental matters, create and maintain a better understanding of the Association and the securities industry by the general public, and promote the general welfare of its members.
