Granum Securities, L.L.C. is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. Granum Securities, L.L.C. Fund is a team managed by members of the Fund's investment adviser, Granum Capital Management, LLC. The team comprises co-managers Walter F. Harrison, III and Lewis M. Eisenberg, both of whom have also served as founding partners and portfolio managers of an affiliated investment adviser that manages private investment funds operating since 1990, and analysts Laurence Zuriff, John R. Weber and Michael S. McCord. Messrs. Harrison, Eisenberg, Zuriff, Weber and McCord are members of Granum Value Fund's Investment Committee.
The Investment Committee manages the investment operations of the fund and formulates its continuing investment strategy. For investment they believe that superior long-term capital appreciation can be achieved by holding a portfolio of undervalued stocks that generate above average Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) and have the potential to produce sustainable above average earnings. The firm manages Granum Value Fund with the belief that portfolio risk management as well as capital appreciation is important to long-term investors. Since their inception over five years ago, Granum Value Fund has helped its investor’s weather stock market changes that include the irrational exuberance of the Internet bubble, record stock market volatility, an economic recession and a years-long corporate earnings recession.
