Since 1958, The Company has been guided by a clear mission which is to help deserving American families define and pursue their financial goals. Based in the U. S., with offices worldwide, their employees and advisors are dedicated to helping their clients along every step of their financial journey. Because their original purpose was to try to affect a better financial outcome in a select and well-defined group of American families, originally commissioned officers in the military, they have never sought unrestrained growth or tried to become all things to all people.

Their practice has been for established clients to refer new clients to them from the population they sought to serve. It worked well and the company has grown steadily. But as time has marched on, many of their military clients have completed active duty service and entered the post-military stage of their lives with the vast majority becoming employed in the civilian economy.

Additionally, their children became adults and many of them expressed a desire to have both a full Family Financial Plan and the service they had offered their parents. So they have found their selves serving an ever-increasing mix of clients who either never were on active duty or have been off active duty for some time. This caused them to expand their knowledge, expertise and capacity to serve the financial needs of this much more diverse client population. The result is that they now serve more than 295,000 client families with only about 129,000 of these including an active duty military member.

The Company’s Core Values are the conscience used to judge what the company does, and are used to guide their creativity, decision-making and conduct of daily business. The company prides themselves on their accessibility and encourages frequent and open communication with the clients. Client satisfaction is the most appropriate measure of their success.
