First Kentucky Securities Corporation is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. Donald E. Bradshaw, former State of Kentucky Finance Secretary, and Ralph G. Nall founded First Kentucky Securities Corporation FKSC in 1977. From its inception, FKSC was instrumental in the formation of initial and enabling legislation for many of the municipal bond issuing agencies and programs in the State of Kentucky.
The principals and associates of FKSC are dedicated to providing diverse and innovative concepts for the municipal marketplace. Their Public Finance Department boasts a combined experience of over 70 years in the industry. This experience has resulted in the issuance of billions of dollars in municipal bonds.
