HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is a member of NASD, the National Association of Securities Dealers. NASD is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry responsible for the operation and regulation of the NASDQ stock market and over the counter markets. It also administrates exams for the investments professionals, such as the series of 7 exams.
 
The Companyis a registered broker dealer of securities and a Futures Commission Merchant. It is also engaged in investment banking underwriting, dealing and brokering of debt and equity securities and futures contracts and is a primary dealer in United States Government and federal agency securities. HSBC Securities is a member of the New York Stock Exchange, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, National Association of Securities Dealers, Chicago Board of Trade and other stock and commodity exchanges.
