Neuberger Berman International Inv investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests mainly in foreign companies of any size, including companies in developed and emerging industrialized markets. The fund may use derivatives for hedging and for speculation.
 
Neuberger Berman High Income Bond Fund seeks high total returns consistent with capital preservation. The fund normally invests in a diversified portfolio of U.S. intermediate-term, high-yield corporate bonds with maturities of ten years or less. Most of these bonds are below investment grade. Management looks forward to to normally maintain a dollar-weighted standard maturity between five and seven years.
 
Neuberger Berman Real Estate Trinvestment seeks capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80 percent of assets in equity securities issued by real estate investment trusts and common stocks and other securities issued by other real estate companies. It may invest in securities that are below investment grade, provided that at the time of purchase they are rated at least B or, if unrated, deemed by management to be of comparable quality. The fund may invest up to 20 percent of assets in debt securities.
