There are various types of mutual fund such as TS&W Equity, TS&W Fixed-Income and TS&W International Equity
TS&W Equity Portfolio seeks long-term total return consistent with reasonable risk to principal. The fund basically invests at least 65 percent assets in common stocks issued by larger companies. The selection process combines an economic top-down approach with valuation and fundamental analysis. The fund may invest up to 20 percent of assets in ADRs.
TS&W Fixed-Income investment seeks long-term total return consistent with reasonable risk to principal. The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in investment-grade fixed-income securities. These may include U.S. government securities, corporate bonds, and mortgage- and asset-backed securities. The fund may invest up to 20 percent of assets in debt securities rated B or BB. The average weighted maturity typically ranges between four and 12 years duration ranges from two to six years. The fund may invest up to 20 percent of assets in foreign debt.
TS&W International Equity Investment seeks long-term total return consistent with reasonable risk to principal. The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in equities issued by foreign companies; it maintains investments in at least three foreign countries. The selection process emphasizes economic, fundamental security, and valuation analyses. The fund primarily invests in developed countries, but may also invest in emerging-markets.
