Linear Capital

A mortgage broker is an individual or firm that acts as an independent agent for both the borrower and the lender of a mortgage loan. Mortgage brokers are the middleman between you and the lending institution, which can be a bank, trust company, credit union, Mortgage Corporation, finance company or even an individual private investor. A mortgage broker will analyze your financial situation to determine which lender is the best fit for your loan needs. He or she will submit your mortgage application to one or more lenders in order to sell it, and works with the chosen lender until the loan closes. He or she receives a commission from the borrower if the loan closes.

Linear Capital has been coordinating hard equity loans in Tampa privately since 2000. Recently, their objectives have expanded and they are now in the business of providing hard money solutions to borrowers throughout the State of Florida and a great benefit to investors throughout the Country.

Hard money lenders are an important alternative for many who own, buy and refinance their primary residence, investment or commercial properties. Their mission is to offer a full range of private money options to their clients and investors and to do so in a prompt, effective and professional manner. If the scenario is one that Linear Capital can act on; a loan coordinator from Linear Capital will contact you and provide a quote regarding rate, fees, term, and loan conditions. In any case, if this quote is not acceptable to the borrower, then the process is terminated.

If this quote is acceptable, the broker shall contact Linear Capital to say that the loan is a go. At that point the loan coordinator will provide the broker with a list of items needed in order to process the loan request. The broker shall collect the required items and overnight mail, fax or email them to Linear Capital.

Linear Capital will generally review a file submission within 24 to 48 hours. If details come out that are problematic, additional information or supporting documentation may be requested at this point. If the loan proves not to be feasible based on a complete review of the file, the loan process is terminated at that point. They at Linear Capital want you to be so impressed with their service that you won't hesitate to refer them to your friends, family, associates.
