Tocqueville Gold Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 65 percent of assets in gold and securities of companies located throughout the world that are engaged in mining or processing gold. They may also invest in other expensive metals and securities of companies that are engaged in mining or processing other precious metals. Minimum Initial Investment is of 1,000 dollars and minimum subsequent investment is of 100 dollars. 
 
Tocqueville International Value Fund investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 65 percent of assets in securities of issuers located in at least three foreign countries. The fund may invest in both developed and developing countries and may hold up to 20 percent of assets in the United States.
 
Tocqueville Small Cap Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. They invest at least 80 percent of assets in common stocks of companies located in the United States. The fund may also invest up to 20 percent of assets in common stock of small cap companies placed in developed countries in Europe and Asia and up to 20 percent of its total assets in common stock of foreign companies that are traded in the United States.
 
Tocqueville Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests mainly in common stocks of United States companies. It may invest up to 10 percent of assets in stocks of foreign issuers. They also may invest up to 10 percent of assets in gold bullion from United States institutions, and up to 5 percent of assets in convertibles.
 
Tocqueville Genesis Fund seeks long-term capital protection. The fund will normally invest in common stocks of small and mid cap United States companies. They may also invest in up to 15 percent in foreign companies and up to 25 percent in American Depository Receipts.
